ORANGE COUNTY EARNINGS

Eldorado Bank: The Tustin bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Commerce Security Bancorp Inc. in Laguna Hills, said net income for the second quarter was a record $3.1 million, and first-half net income totaled $6.1 million. Total assets as of June 30 were $974.6 million. Commerce has folded a number of community banks into one institution under the Eldorado name.
