Developer Scales Back Live Oak Ranch Plans

Beautiful City Holding Co. of Agoura Hills has scaled back plans for a housing development in an unincorporated portion of Los Angeles County near Kanan and Cornell roads.

Sage Community Group Inc. will collaborate on the project, named Live Oak Ranch. The original plan, known as Beautiful Homes, called for 250 units. The revised project will consist of 132 single-family homes with more than one-third of the site left as open space, the company said.
