A New Take on Classic Moccasin

Share

J.P. Tod’s moccasins, with their trademark rubber-nibbed soles, have been the shoe of choice for Julia Roberts, Tom Hanks, Sharon Stone and Mel Gibson, to name a few. For spring, Tod’s designer, Diego Della Valle, is deviating from the classic style, with a modernized ballet flat that’s sure to be a hit. The shoe has a clean-cut shape, with smooth lines and a kind of Zen look that will be available at J.P. Tod’s boutiques in February.

Elsewhere on the Della Valle footwear front, the Hogan line of urban sneakers, previously available only in Europe, arrives Stateside in March. The Hogan comes in “nubuck,” python and suede and the even more comfy Hogan Easy in linen and canvas. At Neiman Marcus.
