Western State University College of Law’s Student Bar Assn. is one month closer to collecting 1,000 new, unwrapped toys for children who are underprivileged or battling cancer. The student bar association, along with Delta Theta Phi law fraternity, launched the seventh annual Project Toy Drop on Nov. 1. The collection deadline is Dec. 18. The gifts will be delivered Dec. 22 to children at Orangewood Children’s Home and UCI Medical Center’s Pediatric Oncology Ward. Information: (714) 738-8655.
