Mother Helps Trap Schoolyard Bully

A mother in East Hartford, Conn., helped trap a 15-year-old bully who had been threatening her mentally disabled son and taking his lunch money, police said. The mother gave her son two dollar bills and wrote his name on each. The bully took the money and struck the teen, saying it wasn’t enough, police said. The mother went to the school principal, who found the bills on the boy.
