Le Cool Stuffing

Share

Here’s a crouton-style stuffing flavored with aromatic Provencal herbs. Testers in The Times Test Kitchen liked the flavor and also the fact that the bread did not fall apart or turn mushy, the way many packaged stuffings do in baking. A recipe with suggested variations is given on the back of the package. One package is enough to stuff a 12- to 16-pound turkey.
