TUSTIN
Jane Bauer will serve as president of the Tustin Unified School District Board of Education--for the fifth time in her 13-year stint. Nominated by Trustee Francine Pace Scinto, Bauer received a 3-2 approval, which included support from Trustee Jonathan W. Abelove. Trustees Ann G. Albertson and Tammie K. Bullard cast the dissenting votes. Scinto, elected to the board in 1996, will serve as vice president after Abelove nominated her and the board unanimously agreed.
