FULLERTON
Planning commissioners voted 4 to 3 last week to approve plans for Calvary Chapel to move into the historic Ice House at 112 E. Walnut Ave. Because the building is just south of the Fullerton train depot, commissioners added a requirement for parking agreements between property owner George Bushala and the church.
The commission also approved a site and architectural plan for an Arco service station and minimart at the northeast corner of Commonwealth Avenue and Gilbert Street.
