A 42-year-old Canyon Country woman, her two teenage sons and a friend were arrested Tuesday in connection with as many as 100 burglaries at a condominium complex, Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies said.

The youths--ages 15, 16 and 17--told detectives they broke into garages and storage units at the American Beauty ondominium complex on Sierra Highway, Sheriff’s Lt. Dan Castillo said.

That led to the arrest of Cynthia Turner on suspicion of helping her sons dispose of property allegedly stolen over a four-month period, Castillo said.

Turner was being held at the Twin Towers jail in downtown Los Angeles while the 15-year-old was transported to Sylmar Juvenile Hall, sheriff’s deputies said. The other teens were released to the custody of relatives.

“We’re asking people to check their garages and storage units for any missing property,” Castillo said. “If they discover anything gone, they should notify us.”
