Sheriff’s Officials Seek the Public’s Help in Locating 4 Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in locating four fugitives wanted in crimes ranging from child molestation to selling drugs.

Richard Kenneth Sloane, 47, was arrested on suspicion of child molestation in July. He was released from jail after posting bail, but he failed to appear in court.

Sloane is white, 5 feet 7, 155 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair. Some of Sloane’s belongings were recovered in Santa Monica recently.

Erin Cain Daniels, also known as Cain Daniels, 37, was convicted on two counts of forgery and possession of a firearm. In July 1997, she was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.

She was released from jail after posting bail and failed to appear in court. Three warrants have been issued for her arrest.

Daniels is white, 5 feet 7, 140 pounds and has blue eyes and blond hair.

Kenneth Dean Luney, 35, was convicted of drug possession and sentenced to a state prison. He served his sentence at the California Rehabilitation Center and was released on parole. While on parole, he was charged with writing bad checks. Four warrants have been issued forhis arrest.

Luney is black, 5 feet 6, 135 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.

Ernestor Figuera, 22, was arrested on suspicion of selling drugs and two counts of failure to appear in court. He was released after agreeing to appear in court, but he did not appear.

Figuera is Latino, 5 feet 4, 150 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair. He has an “F” tattooed on his left biceps and a 2-inch scar on his right forearm.

He told police he lived at the Casitas Springs Mobile Home Park, but officials there said he was not a resident.
