ACT Networks Names New Vice President

ACT Networks Inc. in Camarillo has appointed Martin Woll as chief financial officer and vice president of finance.

Woll, 48, comes to ACT after serving at Coopers & Lybrand for 25 years. Most recently, he held the positions of business assurance partner and banking leader, in which he was responsible for business development, working capital and project management.

“His financial expertise and professional accomplishments make him a welcome addition to our senior management team, and we look forward to his future contributions,” said Andre de Fusco, president and chief executive officer.

ACT Networks develops access products that support computer voice and data networking applications.
