The city, in partnership with the North Orange County Community College District, will offer free English classes beginning Monday. Classes for limited-English speaking residents will be held Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Cultural Arts and Recreation Center, 7800 Katella Ave. Information: (714)379-9222, Ext. 270.
