Colapinto was charged in a single complaint with computer firm owner John Gordon Jones, 54, who is free on $490,000 bail. His preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 8.

The investigation is ongoing, and both defendants may face additional charges, authorities said. Investigators said they have interviewed another alleged victim and have received calls from other possible victims.

Jones turned himself in Friday. He was charged with kidnapping, rape and sexual battery on two women. He is suspected of drugging the women and kidnapping them from the Garden of Eden nightclub on Hollywood Boulevard. He then allegedly took them by limousine to his home in the hills near the Beverly Glen area.

One victim was allegedly assaulted between Oct. 11-12, and another Oct. 28-29. Colapinto was charged in connection with the same two incidents.

Jones’ attorney, Ronald Richards, has said he has evidence that clears his client of any wrongdoing.

Richards said toxicology testing performed on the two alleged victims’ does not show that they were subdued with any known “date rape” drug. He said one’s system showed evidence of cocaine and the other marijuana. He described the sex as consensual.
