Jet Crash Reported in Philippines

CAGAYAN DE ORO, Philippines —
At least 15 survivors and 30 dead have been found on a mountain in the southern Philippines after a DC-9 jet crashed, a police radio operator said today.
There was no immediate word on the fate of the other 59 people on board the Cebu Pacific Air plane, which disappeared while preparing to land Monday at Cagayan de Oro airport, about 500 miles southeast of Manila.
