The Center for Healthcare Information has been acquired by Dorland Data Networks LP, the Philadelphia-based health care directory publisher.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
Center for Healthcare Information publishes the annual Case Management Resource Guide, a four-volume directory containing more than 100,000 listings used in the managed-care industry.
