PharmaPrint Offering

PharmaPrint Inc.’s public offering of 2.25 million common shares was priced at $10.50 a share.
The company, which develops natural medicines, said CIBC Oppenheimer Corp. acted as the offering’s underwriter, and has 30 days to exercise an over-allotment option for up to an additional 337,500 shares.
PharmaPrint stock closed Wednesday at $10.94 a share, down 25 cents.
