Oxnard Man Again to Head Water Board
Oxnard resident Sheldon Berger was unanimously reelected as president of the United Water Conservation District board of directors.
Berger, 46, has served on the district’s seven-member board since 1983.
Berger represents a district that encompasses Oxnard, Port Hueneme and the Channel Islands Beach Community Services District. The water wholesaler is based in Santa Paula.
