Fullerton Pedestrian Struck by Car, Killed

FULLERTON —
A woman died Thursday night after she was truck while running across a street, police said.
The woman was heading south across the 2000 block of East Commonwealth Avenue about 7:10 p.m. when she ran into the path of an eastbound vehicle, police said. The vehicle struck the woman, whose name is being withheld until relatives can be notified.
She was taken to St. Jude Medical Center where she died at 7:42 p.m., police said.
The driver was not arrested, police said.
