Pacoima Smog Test
Pacoima soon will be the site of a smog study aimed at measuring pollution in poorer neighborhoods, City Councilman Richard Alarcon said Friday. The data collected by a new monitoring device installed there will help show whether residents of low-income and minority areas breathe more toxins than those in wealthier areas.
