What does a goaltender do to stay alert when she has to make only eight saves in a game?

Canadian women’s goaltender Manon Rheaume talks to herself.

“I tell myself to stay ready and stay calm,” said Rheaume, who was in goal for Canada’s 2-0 victory over China on Monday. “And I move a lot in my net. I need to stay warm. . . . I love getting shots.
