Group Owns 9.96% of Pacific

A group including investor Mario Gabelli has a 9.96% investment stake in Pacific Scientific Co., according to a report filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The group said it holds 1.23 million shares of common stock in the Newport Beach manufacturer of electronics products, which has agreed to be acquired by Danaher Corp.
