Golfishnet.Com Is Being Bought

Golfishnet.Com Inc., which operates a Christian music retail Web site on the Internet, is being acquired by Didax Inc., a Virginia-based developer of a Web site that provides information for the Christian community, for about 130,000 shares of common stock worth about $296,000.

Didax, which announced the deal Thursday, said Golfishnet.Com expects revenue to surpass $100,000 this year. The Costa Mesa company’s Web site generates about $10,000 in revenue a month. Didax shares closed Thursday at $2.28, up 31 cents.
