Pedestrian Overpass Spending Approved
A $1.2-million state grant will be used to complete pedestrian overpass improvements in the city.
The City Council recently approved the work, to be done by the Irvine Transportation Center.
The improvements will include pedestrian overpasses at rail tracks, as well as elevators and other amenities to comply with local, regional and national Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.
