The property management division of Los Angeles-based CB Commercial Real Estate Services Group Inc. has a new chief. Jana L. Turner has been appointed president of institutional management services. She succeed Richard S. Abraham, who resigned last month. The company’s property management division operates under the name CB Commercial/Koll Management services.
