Share

Culver City residents who qualify for a refund of a city utility-users tax have until the end of January to file for the refund, officials said.

To be eligible, applicants must be at least 60 years old, with an adjusted gross income of no more than $8,000 a year and a household combined adjusted gross income of no more than $9,000.

Disabled residents may receive the refund regardless of age, provided they are covered by the Social Security Administration’s Supplemental Security Income program.
