Data Exchange Names Sales Management Team

Data Exchange Corp. of Camarillo, which specializes in computer repair, logistical support, contract manufacturing and parts sales, has put in place a new sales management team.

Jon Courtney has been appointed senior vice president of worldwide sales and marketing. A member of Data Exchange’s senior management team for more than six years, Courtney most recently was senior vice president of marketing.

The company also announced the appointment of Jim Minyard as vice president of distribution sales. Since joining Data Exchange in 1996, Minyard has developed a successful manufacturer’s representative program for the company.

“Data Exchange believes the new sales management appointments will provide the leadership needed to guide the company to increased market share and sales while expanding the level of services and support available to our customers,” said Sheldon Malchicoff, president and chief executive officer. “We now have the right people in place and are well positioned for continued growth.”

Data Exchange is an independent outsourcing provider of computer repair services, parts and unit sales, inventory management and logistics for high-technology electronics industries.
