Blower Ban: For nearly a year, you’ve heard lots of noise about the ban on leaf blowers in residential neighborhoods. That is about to change. Starting Feb. 13, police will begin enforcing the ban by issuing fines of $270. Residents should call nonemergency police numbers to report violations.
