West Hollywood officials are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the killer in the death of a disabled resident, officials said.

Timothy Taylor, an 18-year resident of West Hollywood who had polio, was killed Nov. 9 in what police say was a robbery-homicide.

The 42-year-old man served as a member of the city’s Disabilities Advisory Board and was known in the community for the paintings he created with his feet.

“Without critical information from the community, this crime will likely go unsolved,” said Capt. Richard Odenthal, commander of the West Hollywood sheriff’s station.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call homicide Dets. Cheryl Comstock or Rich Lopez at (213) 890-5500 or the West Hollywood sheriff’s station watch commander at (310) 855-8850.
