Drug, Alcohol Abuse Is Subject of Program
Crime prevention officers from the Sheriff’s Department, which provides law enforcement in Thousand Oaks, will host a discussion on drugs and alcohol at Sequoia Middle School on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
Titled “Informed is Forearmed: Drug and Alcohol Abuse Awareness of Parents,” the free community forum also includes a display of drug paraphernalia, said Lynne Kelsey of the Conejo Council of PTAs.
The school is located at 2855 Borchard Road in Thousand Oaks.
