Man Stabbed, Robbed at Lake Forest Tavern
A bar employee was stabbed and robbed as he left his Lake Forest club early Tuesday, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
The 26-year-old Lake Forest man was leaving the Rockfield Tavern in the 23600 block of Rockfield Boulevard about 3:30 a.m. when two men attacked him, Sheriff’s Lt. Rich Paddock said.
The men went through his pockets, took his money and stabbed the employee before escaping, Paddock said.
The man’s wounds were serious but not life-threatening, Paddock said. He was able to give only a sketchy description of his attackers, Paddock said.
