Comprehensive Care Corp. Names New Finance Chief

Robert J. Landis has been appointed chief financial officer of Comprehensive Care Corp. in Corona del Mar. He was formerly treasurer of Maxicare Health Plans Inc. The company said his appointment completes the restructuring to Tampa, Fla., of certain corporate financial and administrative functions.

Scott Warner is the new director of strategic marketing for McAdams Group, a Newport Beach marketing communications firm. He is the former director of marketing for Optima Technology Corp. in Irvine. In addition, Melissa Dantz was named project manager. She will head the agency’s production and traffic departments.

Victoria Straschil has been named vice president, human resources for CKE Restaurants Inc. in Anaheim. She joined CKE in 1981 and became director, human resources in 1994. Diane Hays-Hoag has been appointed vice president, marketing. Hays-Hoag joined CKE in 1994 as manager, brand marketing, and was named director, marketing in 1997. Before joining CKE, Hays-Hoag worked in marketing management for the El Pollo Loco and Casa Lupita restaurant chains.
