Panel to Discuss Training Center Plan

A discussion on a proposed employee training center at Cochran Street and Galena Avenue will be one of the topics at this week’s meeting of Neighborhood Council No. 3.
Beginning at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, the council will discuss and make recommendations to the Planning Commission and City Council on the proposed Farmers Insurance training center.
The council, which represents residents living between Sycamore Drive and Stearns Street, will also discuss whether to redraw the city’s neighborhood council boundaries.
Thursday’s meeting will be in the Community Room at City Hall, 2929 Tapo Canyon Road. For more information, call 583-6756.
