CardioVascular Dynamics Inc.: The Irvine medical-products company reported a $1.9 million, or 21 cents a share, loss in the second quarter, compared with a $589,000, or 6 cents a share, deficit a year earlier. Revenue declined 15% to $2.9 million from $3.4 million. For the six months, the company’s net loss was $3.8 million, or 43 cents a share, compared with a loss of $1.2 million, or 13 cents a share, for the like 1997 period. Revenue was down 17% to $5.3 million from $6.4 million.
