Parking Ticket
The other day I was lunching in West Hollywood. Upon returning to my car on Larrabee Street, I found a $29 parking ticket on my windshield. As I had fed the meters, I was most surprised to find a ticket on my car. According to the ticket, I had violated West Hollywood Ordinance 15.64.220: “Whls. Not Turned to Touch Curb.” There were eight to 10 other cars on the street also ticketed.
As for me, my car did not roll down the hill, nor will I drive over the hill anymore to patronize West Hollywood merchants.
