ARV Assisted Living Inc. named Douglas M. Pasquale, 43, president and chief operating officer. The Costa Mesa operator of facilities for the elderly said Pasquale was president and chief executive of Richfield Hospitality Services Inc., Englewood, Colo., owner and manager of hotels.
ARV Assisted’s interim president, John A. Booty, had planned to retire in January.
