DUNCANS MILLS--This tiny town (population 150) hosts the 14th annual Festival of the Arts next weekend, June 20-21. The juried arts and crafts festival also includes wine and beer tastings, ethnic foods and music, kite-flying demonstrations, a puppet theater and clowns. 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday; 10 a.m.-5 p.m Sunday. VICTORVILLE--Huck Finn’s 22nd Birthday Jubilee is a turn-of-the-century river festival that offers a fishing derby (8 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday, $3 to enter), raft building, a big-top circus, crafts, a barbecue and music by Ricky Skaggs and others next weekend, June 19-21. 7:30 a.m.-10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday; 7:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m. Sunday. SANTA BARBARA--Ensembles of all shapes and sizes will step off at noon Saturday, June 20, for the 24th annual Summer Solstice Parade, celebrating the longest day of the year.
