Authorities Are Seeking 4 Fugitives

Ventura County authorities are asking for help finding four fugitives.

Beverly Ann Creary, 37, allegedly violated her probation by driving under the influence.

Creary, also known as Beverly G. Erbich, was on probation in four cases, including possession of drugs, being under the influence of drugs, burglary and driving under the influence. She also failed to appear in court on the DUI charge, according to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department.

She is white, 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, with blond hair and hazel eyes. Creary has “Donnie” with a rose tattooed on her left breast. She is last known to have lived in Ventura and Oxnard.

The Sheriff’s Department is also looking for Charles Radford Macmillan, 44, who allegedly violated his probation after being convicted of possession of drugs for sale. Macmillan’s last known address was in the 4200 block of Adam Road in Simi Valley.

He is white, 6 feet and 225 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Authorities are also looking for Joseph Jesus Ledesma, 24, on suspicion of violating his probation after being convicted of possession of drugs and being under the influence of drugs. His last known address was on Cedar Street in Ventura.

Ledesma is Latino, 6 feet 1, 190 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.

Authorities are also searching for Lydia Lucinda Rosales, 38, who was convicted of theft in two separate cases and is wanted for allegedly violating the terms of her probation.

She is also known as Lori Lopez and Lydia Diaz. Her last known address was on Dakota Drive and Ventura Avenue.

She is Latino, 4 feet 11, 123 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. Rosales has a scar below her left eye.
