What Are You Drinking?

It isn’t one of those sexy wines everyone is talking about, but I love the Concannon Petite Syrah. It’s a standby wine in our house, kind of like the Meridian Chardonnay. I cracked one the other day when I grilled some burgers for the kids, it was either a ’94 or a ‘95, and it was great. It’s an all-around wine you can serve with pasta too, but I like to do the grill thing in the backyard a lot and it’s perfect with anything from pork chops to London broil.
