Sunnier Skies Are Expected on Thursday
Ventura County can expect another day of clouds and drizzle, with the sun forecast to appear Thursday afternoon.
“Most of today will be dominated by low clouds, fog and drizzle,” said Wes Etheredge, a meteorologist for WeatherData Inc., which supplies forecasts to The Times. “But [Thursday] we expect the marine layer to weaken. We’ll see sunshine and warmer temperatures.”
Tuesday brought a drizzle but not much rain, Etheredge said, and the same is expected today. The high near the coast today is expected to be in the low 60s. Thursday’s sun should push the high to the upper 60s.
