If you need to vent your frustration about poor customer service and feel as though there’s no place to go, the World Wide Web awaits you. Service Intelligence Inc., a firm that researches customer service quality, has a place on its Web site (https://www.serviceintelligence.com) where consumers can post their complaints--and their plaudits--about their experiences with airlines, retailers, hotels and other businesses. One recent complaint on the site was from a hotel guest who had no hot water, called for help and had to wait two days for a plumber. But there’s more: The plumber got the hot water going in the bathtub but couldn’t seem to understand why the guest wanted hot water in the sink as well.
