NEVADA CITY-- Pay homage to the Stars and Stripes at the Fourth of July Celebration, which begins at 11 a.m. with a parade down the city’s Broad Street, followed by a daylong arts and crafts fair, then fireworks at 9:30 p.m. Gates open at 10 a.m. Nevada County Fairgrounds, 11229 McCourtney Road, Grass Valley. $4, children 12 and under free.
