Four Sought on Arrest Warrants
Investigators with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department are asking for the public’s help in locating three men and one woman wanted on outstanding arrest warrants.
Michael Ryan Mason, 21, is accused of violating his probation. Mason, who also goes by the names Tyrone Miller and Trevor Miller, has been convicted of being an accessory to a felony, being in possession of a controlled substance, and giving a false name to a police officer. His last known address is an apartment on H Street in Oxnard.
Mason is described as a black man, about 5 feet 7 and 140 pounds.
Mark Allen Fildes, 34, has been convicted of brandishing a deadly weapon, battery and violating a restraining order. He is also suspected of violating probation. He is believed to have been living on Grand Avenue in Ventura.
Fildes is described as a white man with brown hair and eyes, 6 feet tall and 175 pounds, with a cross-shaped tattoo on his left arm.
Daniel Maurice Smith has been convicted of possessing stolen property and is accused of probation violation. Smith, 20, uses the aliases David Richards, Jason Matthews and Daniel Richmond, investigators said. He has a tattoo that reads “Mom,” and he was last living on Mission Street in Ventura.
Smith is described as a black man, about 5 feet 6 and 150 pounds. Lisa Jenelle Conley, 29, pleaded guilty to a petty-theft charge but did not show up for sentencing, according to police. She was previously convicted of passing bad checks.
Conley, whose last known address was on San Mateo Place in Oxnard, is said to have several tattoos: a heart on her right hand, a dot on her left hand, the word “Blue” on her chest and the word “Rodney” and flowers on her right ankle.
Conley is described as a white woman, 5 feet 7 and 140 pounds.
