UCLA Wins, USC Loses

Six UCLA players scored in double figures, led by Melanie Pearson’s 19 points as the Bruins (18-7, 13-1 in the Pacific 10) defeated Washington (17-9, 8-9), 96-72, before 2,292 at Pauley Pavilion.
USC (11-14, 6-10) got 18 points from Kristin Clark and 16 from Adrain Williams, but it was not enough to overcome Washington State (12-14, 6-11), which won, 68-65, before 652 at USC’s Lyon Center.
