Acquisition by Alpha

Alpha Microsystems said it has completed the acquisition of M&J; Technologies Inc., a privately held Florida computer service and support company.

Alpha said it expects the purchase price, contingent on future revenues, to be about $700,000. The price includes a down payment, two equal sums payable 12 months and 18 months after closing, and the assumption of $100,000 in contract liabilities.

Alpha expects the acquisition to add about $350,000 a year to earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization. As reported, the computer services company expects M&J; to contribute about $1.2 million to annual revenue.
