Vernon sausage-maker Papa Cantella’s has introduced four new sausages: smoked turkey with Jack cheese and jalapenos, smoked chicken and turkey with pesto, chicken apple sausage with walnuts, and chicken and turkey with sun-dried tomatoes, black olives and feta cheese. They’re fully cooked, so all you have to do is pan-fry, broil or grill them until heated through.

At Trader Joe’s with the Cantella label and at Pavilions, Vons and Gelson’s with store brand labels.
