‘Art Cop’ to Offer Lecture on Art Theft

Los Angeles Police Det. Don Hrycyk, known as America’s primary “art cop,” will present a lecture on “Art Theft,” Thursday at 7 p.m. at Butterfield & Butterfield’s auction house.
