Capri Motel in Ojai Sold for $1.17 Million

The Capri Motel, across from Soule Park Golf Course in Ojai, has been sold.

J.J. Henro LLC purchased the 30-room motel for $1.17 million from Sam and Sue Lu, according to Ron Cuff of Thomas Associates in Ventura, who represented both parties in the sale.

In recent years the motel has catered to crews filming in the Ojai Valley and to groups attending local golf and tennis tournaments.

The new owners plan to remodel the property within the next year, Cuff said.
