Hatchett Named Top Communicator
Donna Hatchett, North Orange County Community College District’s director of public affairs, has been named the “1998 Communicator of the Year” by the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations.
Hatchett manages marketing and public relations for the district, which governs Fullerton and Cypress colleges and an adult-education program based in Yorba Linda. She also teaches public relations at Fullerton College.
