Baffert-Pegram Team Has Two More Winners
The trainer-owner tandem of Kentucky Derby winner Real Quiet struck again Monday at Hollywood Park.
Censored, trained by Bob Baffert and owned by Mike Pegram, sprinted to the early lead and fended off a challenge from Nature’s Fury to win the $42,000 feature race by a nose at Hollywood Park.
Ridden by David Flores, Censored covered 7 1/2 furlongs in 1:28 3-5.
Another Baffert-Pegram runner, Dealinwiththedevil, won the first race with Flores also aboard. Flores rode three winners on the eight-race card.
