Venus and Jupiter--the two brightest planets in the sky--shine brilliantly during the hour before sunrise all week and next. Look for them low in the southeast between 4:30 and 5:30 a.m. Venus is the brighter of the two. Fainter Saturn and Mercury are to the lower left, but they are too low for easy visiblility.
